Accounts
Difference between Quick Rental and Contractor Account?
Quick Rental is for homeowners — 5% off, saved address and card on file. Contractor Account is for trades — 5–15% off depending on monthly volume, priority dispatch, and optional monthly invoicing.
Booking
How does the $100 deposit work?
It reserves your bin and is credited toward your final invoice after pickup.
When is the balance due?
We send the final invoice after the bin is picked up and weighed at the transfer station. Balance is the rental total + tippage, minus your $100 deposit.
Delivery
How soon can I get a bin?
Often same day if you book before 10 AM in a base zone (Elmvale / Midland / Penetanguishene). Next-day is typical for most other areas.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No — as long as you tell us exactly where to drop the bin and your driveway is clear, we'll place it and text you a photo when we're done.
Location
What areas do you service?
All of Simcoe County. See our full [service area list](/service-areas) with delivery fees by town.
Pricing
What is tippage?
Tippage is the disposal fee charged by the transfer station, billed by weight at $160/tonne with a 1-tonne minimum. We send your weight ticket with your final invoice — no markup, no surprises.
Will I know my final cost upfront?
You'll know the bin rental and delivery cost upfront. Tippage is billed after pickup based on the weight ticket from the transfer station.
Rental Period
What happens after 7 days?
Extended days are billed at $10/day. You can extend online or just give us a call.
How do I extend my rental?
Call or email us, or use the link in your confirmation email. We'll add the extra days and bill the difference.
Sizing
What size bin do I need?
For most renovations and cleanouts the 12 yard handles it. Heavy material (concrete, soil, shingles) tends to use the 9 yard because weight, not volume, is the limit. Use our [Find My Bin tool](/find-my-bin) — 3 questions and we'll point you at the right size.
Can I upgrade mid-rental?
Yes — call us and we can swap to a larger bin. There's a delivery + pickup charge for the swap.
What Goes In
What materials are accepted?
Construction debris, household junk, furniture, appliances (with refrigerant removed), shingles, drywall, wood, soil, and concrete are all fine.
What's prohibited?
Tires, paint, chemicals, hazardous waste, electronics, and propane tanks are not allowed. If you're unsure, call us — we'll point you to the right disposal route.
